Vincent J Hurley II (Vince) is the owner and operator of Kind Kuts Landscape and Lawn Service, LLC.  VJ established Kind Kuts in June of 2005.  He has continually been involved with the local landscape community since 1993.  With over 17 years of experience in this industry, VJ brings a wealth of knowledge to the forefront to Kind Kuts.

Starting off, VJ took on basic laborer positions with several local landscape outfits.  Within a few short years, he quickly advanced to a crew foreman position.  His leadership qualities were quickly recognized by upper management.  Thus, he was once again promoted to a managerial position.  VJ held management positions with three different companies in the South Jersey area for quite a few years.

Either in landscape, maintenance, or garden centers, his supervisory role has given him the tools to allow Kind Kuts to prosper.  Some companies were small and focused on the client.  Others were larger which focused on business relationships.  All of these fantastic opportunities have been able to transcend VJ to create, form, and produce:  Kind Kuts Landscape and Lawn Service, LLC.
